Delivery and refunds
- Missed delivery time: if we miss a promised delivery time, you can ask for a full refund, even if you keep the work.
- Before work starts: full refund on request.
- Not right? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll revise it once. If it still isn't right, we'll refund the one-time tiers.
- Concierge: cancel anytime and you won't be billed again. Kits already delivered for the current month are not refunded.
